Notes:
(1) Customer fill up <<Customer Service Processing Form>> attached with the invoice and send the product to Xiniya’s Customer Service Department
(2) After receiving return goods from customer, fill up the <<Repair and Rework Form>> and let customer sign on it, and send the product to Xiniya’s Customer Service Department.
(3) Upon determining by Xiniya’s Quality Control Department that the product is related to quality issues, Xiniya will issue <<Quality Proposal Form>> and return the product to the customer.
